Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor located in Aligarh. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of legal topics, including contracts, labor law, partnerships, and corporate finance. Day-to-day tasks will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and offering proactive counsel on potential legal issues. The role also includes conducting legal research, liaising with external legal entities, and maintaining corporate legal records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
• Expertise in labor law, corporate finance, and partnership agreements
• Proficiency in legal research and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal issues simultaneously and provide strategic legal advice
• Experience in maintaining corporate legal records and liaising with external legal entities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law/L.L.B or J.D. from an accredited institution
• Prior experience as a legal advisor or similar role is highly advantageous
• Strong ethical judgment and decision-making abilities
