Job Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Addressing Grievance Redressals in a legal tone to Insured/Insurer/Broker via email. - Participating in Online hearings of the Ombudsman. - Attending both online and offline (in person) Grievance cell of the Insurer. - Handling complete documentation and providing legal expert opinion for Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (CDRF). - Sending legal notices to Hospital/Insured when necessary. - Maintaining Management Information System (MIS) for legal notices.
