Legal Advisor

There is a requirement of an in-house legal professional with 0–1 year experience specialized in non-litigation role, with a Delhi based real estate conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Review of Contracts and other Legal Documents
• Legal Research and Analysis
• Compliance and Regulatory Matters
• Corporate Transactions
• Real Estate Deals: Verification of Title, Mutation and Other Property Records

Essential Qualifications & Capabilities:

LL.B. from a reputed university/ law school.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in legal research and drafting.

Strong sense of urgency and priority.

Ability to work as part of a team with consistent learning abilities.

Understanding of relevant civil and corporate laws and regulations.

Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Please note that:

Remuneration will be as per the skills and expertise you bring to work.

This is a regular on-site job which may require travelling upto 30-40%.

The employer follows a 6-day work week from Monday to Saturday.

Candidate should be comfortable commuting to the office located at South Extension, Delhi.

You will be entitled to up to two leaves each month after completing the probation period of 3 months.

You will be reporting to the Lead Counsel responsible for Group- Legal Affairs.
