Job Description

Liaise
with government bodies, legal firms, developers, banks, and clients on legal matters, particularly in relation to property transactions.
Handle the
registration process
of property documents including Sale and Purchase Agreements, Deeds of Assignment, Transfer of Property, etc.
Draft, vet, and review a variety of legal documents including but not limited to:

JPA Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
Lease agreements
Tenancy agreements
Letters of offer and intent
Legal notices

Provide
legal opinions
and advice on property law, conveyancing, compliance, and contract matters.
Ensure timely and accurate
execution and stamping
of legal documents in accordance with relevant statutory requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of
real estate laws, regulations, and legal trends
affecting the company.
Assist in dispute resolution, litigation management, and negotiations as necessary.
Maintain proper legal records and case files for all property transactions and registrations.
Support other departments on legal queries and contract review.
