Job Description

As a Legal Adviser at our company, your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, both locally and internationally. This includes contracts with vendors in IT and non-IT sectors, such as services agreements, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements, and more. You will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle and providing legal advice on a wide range of legal and compliance matters to all corporate functions and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, lease agreements, and confidentiality agreements - Handle end-to-end contract management processes - Provide legal guidance on a range of legal and compliance issues - Support compliance efforts based on company policies and local laws - Offer advice on data protection matters and related agreements - Manage legal notices and litigations effectively - Conduct legal research and collaborate effectively within a team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in data protection issues and agreements - Strong legal research skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Please note that this position is based in Pune and follows a hybrid work mode.,
