About The Role
As a Lecturer in Business/Finance, you will play a central role in shaping the academic life of the new Mumbai campus. Additionally, you will assist in identifying and developing potential research areas, including preparing proposals for independent or collaborative research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality teaching across a range of undergraduate modules in Business and Finance.
- Develop engaging teaching materials, using inclusive and research-informed approaches.
- Assess and provide feedback to students in line with university standards, and support their academic progress and wellbeing.
- Supervise student projects and contribute to personal academic tutoring.
- Engage in independent or collaborative research, with opportunities to publish and develop your academic profile.
- Contribute to administrative and leadership responsibilities, such as module coordination or involvement in curriculum development.
Qualifications And Experience
- Ph.D. (or near completion) in Business, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognised institution, or equivalent professional experience.
- Specialist knowledge in Business, Finance, or a related subject area.
- Up to 3 years of formal teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
- Demonstrates ability to contribute to high-quality research with evidence of publications or other scholarly outputs.
- Experience in taking responsibility for teaching and learning, including module design, delivery, and assessment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior faculty members and contribute positively to the academic community.
