Key Responsibilities: â–ªDirectly assisted the Leasing Manager for Marketing, Advertising & Operations. â–ªObtained prospects and performed cold calls for leasing opportunities. â–ªCoordinate and Schedule new tenant move-ins. â–ªWorking extensively with Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). â–ªAdministrative work (Organizing, filing, copying, etc.) â–ªCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. â–ªSchedule meetings and appointments. â–ªAny other responsibilities given by Manager/ Head of Department.
