Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for the position of Head of Retail Leasing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail leasing activities, including identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring high occupancy rates in our retail properties. Day-to-day tasks will also involve collaborating with property management teams, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to attract and retain quality tenants. Qualifications Experience in Retail Leasing, Lease Agreement Negotiations, and Tenant RelationsMarket Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategy Development skillsOperational Management, Property Management, and Team Collaboration skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects effectivelyBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related fieldPrior experience in retail leasing or property management is preferred
