Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing property leases, ensuring high levels of resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include lease administration, communicating with potential and current residents, handling inquiries, conducting property tours, and ensuring smooth lease transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Leases and Lease Administration
• Skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Previous experience in the leasing or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
