Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in planning and scheduling training programs and workshops.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers, and participants for sessions.
Help create, update, and organize training materials, presentations, and handouts.
Support in maintaining training calendars and tracking attendance.
Assist in collecting and analyzing training feedback and post-training assessments.
Support onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
Maintain L&D data and records for internal audits and reporting.
Research industry best practices and suggest improvements in learning methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.

• Interest in employee learning, training design, and HR functions.
