Learning & Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Executive to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
• Strong evaluation and reporting skills, with the ability to measure impact.
