• Work with the regional team to support the ***** ***** Implementation Manager (IM) and the local Corporate Social Responsibility Managers (CSRMs) to drive ***** program delivery and implementation plan execution to meet partner and country targets.
• Deliver ongoing training and operational support to our Program Partners during: onboarding, activation, implementation and growth of the ***** program. Partner operational support includes platform demos, learner engagement interventions, community activities and webinars to ensure their ***** program success.
• Share deep knowledge of the ***** portfolio and platform with the partners.
• Help the partner to identify appropriate key competencies, training and activities needed to activate and engage their learners and meet their program impact needs aligned with Implementation Plan.
• Work with the partners to build communities, identify ***** volunteering opportunities and identify learner success stories.
• Support the partners and ***** CSR Managers with ***** marketing and communications campaigns.
• Play an active role in the global ***** team
