Function Team: Faculty & Learner Experience
• Session Readiness
• Support Trainings as per the Business Requirement
• Manage all types of Virtual Training
• Review Session Requirement or Delivery Guide
• Resolve Faculty and Learners Queries ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained
• Provide dedicated support in a proactive manner on assigned virtual sessions, being available for assistance throughout the duration of such sessions
• Actively manage Leaner expectations and monitor satisfaction
• Escalate appropriate issues to Learning Products Support according to current agreed-upon standards and processes in a timely manner
• On the day no training assigned to support. Available hours to utilized as per the process
• Play an advisory role while hosting the session. Develop deep understanding of the customers business objective and expectations for the program
