Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to support employee development. Key tasks include managing learning management systems, creating instructional materials, conducting coaching sessions, and facilitating learning sessions. Collaboration with teams to identify skill gaps and proposing relevant training initiatives is also crucial to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Coaching strategies
• Experience with Learning Management systems
• Skills in Instructional Design and developing engaging training materials
• Strong Communication and facilitation abilities
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with industry-standard training approaches
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology,Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in employee engagement or organizational development is an advantage.
