Role & responsibilities

• Learning & Development Initiatives:
  • Coordinate the Induction Program, ensuring smoothexecution with internal trainers and new employees,maintaining attendance records, and gatheringfeedback.• Oversee and engage employees through the E-learning platform, driving various initiatives, trackinglearning completions, ideating creative trainingmethods, and ensuring timely updates of learningprograms.• Support and facilitate the Individual DevelopmentPlan (IDP), collaborating with managers andemployees to implement structured learning throughe-learning and classroom sessions.• Contribute to Ideation & Planning, developing andexecuting new initiatives to foster a strong learningculture within the organization.2 Health & Wellness Initiatives:• Engage with wellness partners to drive meaningfulhealth & wellness programs.• Innovate and implement creative wellness initiativesto enhance employee well-being.• Collaborate with internal inspirers to promotewellness campaigns and activities.• Organize and manage wellness drives, sessions,and initiatives, ensuring effective participation andexecution.• Maintain accurate records related to wellnessactivities and employee engagement.
• Organizational Development:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culturethrough targeted initiatives that enhance employeemorale and satisfaction.• Promote continuous learning through leadershiptraining, mentorship programs, and skillsenhancement workshops.• Implement policies and programs to support diversityand inclusion, fostering a collaborative and equitablework environment.• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trendsand best practices.• Develop initiatives such as team-building exercises,recognition programs, and employee feedbackmechanisms to boost engagement and motivation.• Establish transparent and efficient communicationpathways to ensure clarity in organizational goalsand expectations.
