Job Summary:

The L&D Manager designs, develops, and implements learning programs for our professionals. This role enhances skills, knowledge, and performance, contributing to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess learning needs within our real estate teams (sales, compliance, etc.).
  • Design and develop real estate-specific training programs (sales, compliance, technology).
  • Deliver training through various methods (in-person, online).
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using real estate performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with company goals.
  • Manage the L&D budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 3+ years of L&D experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • LMS experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Remuneration: Competitive and based on experience.
