Job Description

Overview


As a L & D Associate, you will be the bridge between the AllWave and academic institutions. Your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, develop, and execute AV-focused training programs and vocational modules for colleges. You will introduce AV integration as a viable career path for students by embedding it into the curriculum, workshops, and certification-level programs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Designing, developing, and delivering training programs for clients and internal staff on AV systems such as video conferencing, digital signage, PA systems, projectors, and collaboration technologies.
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and technicians to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive training content.
  • Managing training schedules to ensure timely delivery that aligns with project milestones.
  • Conducting needs assessments to customize training modules for various user groups, including corporate, education, government, and hospitality sectors.
  • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of training materials, manuals, and documentation that reflect the latest AV technologies and integration best practices.
  • Facilitating both on-site and remote training sessions, adapting to client requirements and available technological platforms.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and post training support, and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaborating with sales, project management, and technical teams to ensure training aligns with client expectations and system capabilities.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging AV technologies, integration trends, and industry best practices to maintain training relevance.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting guidance to trainees during and after course completion. Required Skills and Qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to create and manage training schedules using project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant AV software platforms (is plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within Mumbai and occasionally to client sites as required.

  • Tech-savvy with a passion for continuous learning in AV and related technologies
  • Experience in client-facing roles or customer training is an advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during training sessions.
