LeanIX Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• LeanIX Platform Management: Administer and manage the LeanIX platform, ensuring it is effectively utilized for enterprise architecture, technology landscape, and portfolio management.
• Data Integration & Analysis: Integrate and maintain data from various systems, ensuring that the information within LeanIX is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage reports and dashboards that provide insights into the organization's IT portfolio, technology risk, and alignment to business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that LeanIX is effectively supporting IT governance.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvements and automation within the LeanIX platform, helping streamline workflow and increase productivity.
• Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices and governance policies for LeanIX use, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal users of LeanIX, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage the tool for enterprise architecture and decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess LeanIX usage and performance, making recommendations for enhancements, optimizations, and new functionalities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and concise communication of architecture-related data and insights to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in LeanIX functionalities and modules (e.g., Business Capability Modeling, Application Portfolio Management).
• Knowledge of data integration techniques and data management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Acquainted to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
