Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lean Six Sigma Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for driving business process improvement initiatives, managing operations, providing strategic consulting, achieving operational excellence, and coaching teams. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad, where the consultant will work closely with MSME clients to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
• Experience in Operations Management and Consulting within the MSME sector
• Competence in Coaching and mentoring teams for better performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad if necessary
