Join us as a Team Manager, Leadership Support
As a Team Manager, you’ll be leading and developing a team of support colleagues, making sure that resource is arranged to deliver optimum levels of support to leaders. You’ll be responsible for people planning including capability, engagement and communications, as well as building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and expectations, managing any conflicts or issues where needed.
This role supports the Chief of Staff in managing the Country Head’s office by overseeing team operations, people planning, and performance management. It ensures smooth execution of key projects through effective project management and coordination of CEO office engagements such as townhalls and leadership connects. The role also drives compliance, tracks budgets, and promotes the use of digital tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

We’re looking for someone with demonstrable leadership and coaching experience. You’ll also need to be a strong communicator, with high levels of interpersonal skills to effectively coach your team and deliver feedback.
