Lead Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the visual design strategy across campaigns, product experiences, and marketing assets.
• Good understanding of AI platforms for visual design development.
• Good ideation skill and willing to experiment with new ideas on design front.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of designers to produce high-quality, user-centric creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
• Own end-to-end creative direction—from ideation to execution—ensuring strong alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, copy, and brand to translate briefs into compelling design solutions.
• Uphold and raise standards for visual and UX quality across all touchpoints.
• Provide constructive, actionable feedback to nurture design excellence and team growth.
• Manage workflows and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of flawless creative assets.
• Apply digital-first design best practices, ensuring consistency across channels, platforms, and devices.
• Support experimentation through A/B testing, analyze outcomes, and integrate learnings into future design strategies.
• Build scalable design systems, processes, and templates to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and digital storytelling techniques to keep redBus’s visual language fresh and competitive.
