Job Description

As a Lead - Talent Acquisition Specialist at Everest Technical Services, you will play a crucial role in the Management Team, providing strategic recruitment leadership to Operations and driving growth and team development across geographical locations. Your collaboration with the Executive and Management teams will be essential to establish and maintain best-in-class HR and recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced environments to lead recruitment efforts. - Specialize in engineering and technical hiring such as BIM, Design Architect, MEP, and scan-to-BIM hiring. - Implement effective sourcing strategies across various platforms. - Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. - Take ownership of recruitment processes with a proactive and self-directed approach. - Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices. - Proficiently use applicant tracking systems and adapt to new recruiting tools. - Showcase advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with leadership responsibilities. - Experience in hiring engineering roles related to BIM, MEP, Architecture, and Design Engineer positions. - MBA in Human Resource Management preferred, with an Engineering degree considered advantageous. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with effective time management abilities.
