As a Total Rewards Specialist at Eightfold, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering the global total rewards strategy. You will work closely with the Compensation Leader to assist in developing and communicating compensation policies and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance, supporting the annual compensation planning cycle, and providing analytical support for bonus plan design. Additionally, you will be instrumental in managing global benefits programs, ensuring data integrity within HR systems, and generating insightful reports and analytics to drive data-driven decisions within Total Rewards. Your role will require you to support the GMT timezone. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and communicating compensation policies and guidelines - Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition for compensation guidance - Support the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases and bonus calculations - Administer and communicate the global performance review process - Provide data and insights related to performance ratings and distribution - Provide analytical support for bonus plan design - Manage and administer global employee benefits programs - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems - Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc total rewards reports - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Support the tracking and reporting of HR-related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Qualifications: - 6+ years of relevant work experience in Total Rewards with a focus on compensation and benefits - Experience in administering global employee benefits programs - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Knowledge of global compliance requirements - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Eightfold embraces a hybrid work model to boost collaboration and innovation.
