Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Solar Installer, located in Indore. The Lead Solar Installer will oversee the installation of solar power systems, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards. Responsibilities include site assessment, setup and installation, and maintenance of solar systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. The role requires collaboration with team members and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Familiarity with the Solar Industry standards and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications in solar installation or electrical work is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
