Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Solar Installer, located in Ghaziabad. The Lead Solar Installer will oversee and execute solar panel installations, ensure the efficient and safe use of power tools and hand tools, and guide a team of installers. Key responsibilities include the assessment of installation sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining project documentation. Qualifications Experience and proficiency in Solar Power and Solar Systems Familiarity with the Solar Industry Skilled in using Power Tools and Hand Tools Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Relevant certifications and training in solar installation High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training a plus
