Job Description Role Overview: As a Lead Solar Installer at Roy goods & services, you will be responsible for installing solar power systems, using power tools and hand tools in the solar industry. This hybrid position based in Aurangabad offers the flexibility of working partly from home. Key Responsibilities: - Install solar power systems efficiently and effectively - Utilize power tools and hand tools for the installation process - Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Communicate effectively and maintain excellent organizational skills - Prioritize safety protocols during installation processes Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems - Proficiency in using Power Tools - Familiarity with the Solar Industry - Competency in Hand Tools - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Previous experience in solar installation is a bonus - Possession of relevant certifications in solar installation or related field would be advantageous,
