The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and proven leadership skills to guide the development team in building scalable and reliable applications. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand, analyze, and validate project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals. Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions using C# and .NET technologies. Suggest and evaluate possible solutions for technical requirements and challenges. Ensure timely and quality-driven delivery of project requirements. Guide, mentor, and support project team members on technical topics, coding standards, and best practices. Ensure that design and implementation are aligned with system architecture and organizational standards. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and risk assessments. Desired Knowledge and Experience8+ years of professional software development experience (including current role). Strong expertise in C# and .NET Framework (4.0 or above). Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), Design Principles, and Design Patterns. Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) is desirable. Good understanding of software architecture and system design. Past experience in the Medical Domain (DICOM, medical workflows, healthcare software) is preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead by example, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to quality processes and timelines.
