Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee
security operations and duty deployment
in assigned zones.
Assist Head Security in executing standing orders and collecting intelligence & vigilance information.
Plan proactive actions to neutralize potential security threats.
Ensure
training and daily briefing
of security personnel.
Monitor and reduce
security costs
while maintaining zero theft incidents.
Ensure compliance with
safety standards
and traffic control across plant and residential areas.
Manage
dispatch and material movement
as per SOP and SAP systems.
Maintain strong liaison with
police authorities
, local villagers, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain an effective
intelligence & vigilance network
.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle
IR/PR situations
effectively.
Expertise in security management and vigilance operations.
Minimum
10 years experience
in a large manufacturing unit
Ex-Indian Army (Ex Subedar Major / Hony Lieut. / Sr. JCO from Infantry BN or supporting fighting troops)
