We are seeking an Ex-Serviceman (JCO or equivalent, below Officer rank) with a strong background in leadership, discipline, and security operations to oversee and manage field operations in the designated area. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient security service delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of multiple security sites within the assigned area Coordinate deployment, shift management, and duty rosters of security personnel Ensure high standards of discipline, dress, and behavior among guards Liaise with clients to address service requirements, feedback, and resolve any operational issues Conduct surprise checks and audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs Manage incident reports, disciplinary actions, and coordinate with local authorities when required Assist in recruitment and induction of new security personnel Ensure timely reporting and documentation as per company standards Candidate profile Ex-Serviceman from Indian Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force/Para Military Forces) Rank: Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent, below officer rank • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in security operations, post-retirement preferred • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Good knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and local regulations • Basic computer proficiency and Communication skill in English (both verbal & writing) for reporting and documentation

Basic Requirements : - He should preferably a retired defense officer of the rank of Colonel or para military forces officer of the equivalent status - Proven experience in security operations management or related field. - Should have minimum 5 yrs experience in handling the security operations. - Age not above 55 yrs - Strong customer relationship management skills; ability to handle all client and operational queries effectively. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple units simultaneously. - Based out of Mohali with willingness to travel to Punjab and Haryana units as needed. - Proficient in operational planning and execution. - He should be well versed with Security Operations - He should be capable of handling the security operation independently - This is a Senior position and hard core strong personality.
