Lead Scrum Master / SAFe Agile Coach / Technology Program Manager

• We are looking for a dynamic Technology Program Management Principal / Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our Digital and Innovation Office (DIO) PMO Group supporting the Finance, HR, Legal, and Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDNA) portfolios. In this role, you guide multiple Agile teams through delivery, coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the success of strategic programs aligned to enterprise goals.
• You operate at both team and program levels, driving Agile practices, resolving impediments, and maintaining alignment across business units, IT, and vendors. You play a key role in portfolio execution, governance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Facilitation

• Lead and coach 23 Agile teams through ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support team backlog refinement, velocity tracking, and reporting using Jira and Confluence
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and coordinate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

Program & Portfolio Execution

• Collaborate with Program and Portfolio Managers to deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget
• Ensure dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination are effectively managed
• Drive alignment between business goals and technical execution in a hybrid Agile environment

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Engage with Finance, HR, Legal, and D&A stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and business readiness
• Prepare and present updates to PMO leaders, IT executives, and steering committees
• Facilitate change management, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams

Governance & Reporting

• Track and report program health, milestones, and risks using standardized PMO tools and templates
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, testing, and documentation standards
• Manage vendor relationships and support third-party integration as needed

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and RTE in a scaled Agile environment
• Strong knowledge and proven experience of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
• Experience working in corporate applications in Finance, HR, Legal, or EDNA, domain.
• AI delivery project experience desired.
• Hands-on experience with Miro, Mural, Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools, such as Smartsheets
• Consulting experience desired
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability and flexibility to work across global teams and time zones

Required Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent SAFe certification

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification.
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
