Role Responsibilities:

Drive lead-to-quote system requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and implement best practices
Guide developers and QA teams through scope, deliverables, testing, and deployment
Facilitate UAT, demos, and documentation of processes and enhancements

Key Deliverables:

Scalable Salesforce enhancements and system configurations
Documented business requirements and process flows
Completed UAT and successful deployment coordination
Regular updates on product roadmap and run-the-business issue resolution
