A Day in the Life

  • Visit hospitals and mental health clinics across New Delhi and other nearby regions, giving product demonstrations to psychologists, psychiatrists, and clinicians
  • Meet with CXOs and hospital leadership to negotiate multi-centre implementation contracts
  • Present compelling business cases for adoption of Wundrsight’s devices at scale
  • Manage your CRM (Salesforce/Gainsight), track leads, and maintain a strong sales funnel
  • Partner with the marketing team to drive local outreach and participate in conferences and exhibitions
  • Engage in internal team reviews, continuously optimizing your approach and performance


What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute regional sales strategies for new and renewal business
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs
  • Conduct lead research, qualify prospects, and close end-to-end sales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful client experiences
  • Stay informed on market trends in mental health, digital health, and medical devices
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date data in CRM and sales dashboards


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare, or Business
  • 2–5 years of experience or strong interest in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare sales
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • A growth mindset, hustle, and passion to impact mental healthcare
