Job Description

We are hiirng for one of our client for the role of Lead Sales Coordination based out at Vadodara location. PFB the details: Role: Lead Sales Coordination Location: 61, Gotri Sevasi Road, (Vadodara) Mode of Interview: F2F Working Days: Days a Week (Off on 2nd and 4th Saturday) Job Description: Sales Reporting & MIS: Prepare and maintain regular Sales MIS reports (weekly, monthly) and track key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. Dealer & Customer Schemes: Monitor and track the implementation and performance of dealer and customer schemes, ensuring they are executed as per plan. Order Processing Monitoring: Oversee and manage the order process activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Attendance Management: Maintain and manage the attendance records of the Sales Team, ensuring adherence to company policies. Market Promotions & Activities: Coordinate promotional activities for the Paints and WP division, including managing promotional materials, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and dealer/customer meets as part of the overall business strategy. Marketing & Business Plan Coordination: Collaborate with the team to implement marketing development activities in line with the business plan and strategy. Sales Forecasting Coordination: Work closely with sales zones to assist with accurate sales forecasting and ensure effective alignment. SFA Updates & Reporting: Regularly update customer and dealer information in the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system, ensuring accuracy and timely report generation. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory review reports for promotional items and materials across godowns in sales zones. Support for Exhibitions & Conferences: Provide logistical support for exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events, including managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of promotional items. Desired Skills & Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP for report generation and data analysis. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
