Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Research Scientist to join our team at APOTEX PHARMACHEM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology transfer and research, with a focus on driving innovation and growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new technologies to enhance existing products and processes.
Conduct research and experiments to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
Analyze data and results to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Mentor and guide junior researchers and technicians to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of technology transfer principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
