Position:

Role Responsibilities:

Design and implement reproducible pipelines for genomics, proteomics & biological datasets.
Build workflows for processing FASTA, VCF, and large-scale molecular biology data.
Apply machine learning & statistical techniques to biological sequence, expression, and imaging data.
Use Python/R ecosystem (pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Biopython) for data processing and analysis.
Extract meaningful biological signals to drive scientific & AI research discoveries.
Collaborate with AI researchers & biologists to integrate bioinformatics workflows into research pipelines.
Document and maintain transparent experiment workflows ensuring reproducibility.

Requirements:

Background in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Proficient in
Python and R
, familiar with
pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn
.
Experience working with
Biopython
,
FASTA
,
VCF
, and biological data formats.
Strong understanding of
genomics, proteomics, molecular biology datasets
, and sequence analysis.
Skilled in statistical modeling and machine learning for biological data.
Hands-on experience with
Jupyter Notebooks
or similar environments.
Interest in applying AI to biological research and advancing scientific discovery.
