Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles and industries (primarily IT and non-IT). Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, define job roles, and drive closures. Mentor and manage a team of recruiters — assign tasks, review progress, and ensure accountability. Drive a result-oriented culture by setting hiring targets and monitoring team KPIs. Source talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and Boolean search techniques. Screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit and manage the full interview process. Ensure strong offer-to-joining conversion through consistent follow-ups and engagement. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality. Contribute to process improvements, recruitment strategy, and team development initiatives. Requirements 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or startup environment. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and get results through a recruitment team. Strong hands-on sourcing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and client interaction abilities. High adaptability, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel dashboards, and modern sourcing platforms. Passion for hiring and building high-performance teams.
