Lead Recruiter & Business Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within oil & gas and renewables companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Project Managers, Procurement, and C-level executives).
• Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage the full business development cycle — from prospecting and proposal writing to negotiation and closing deals.
• Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments to identify opportunities.
• Meet and exceed revenue, margin, and KPI targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  business development or sales within recruitment

  , ideally focused on

  oil & gas, energy, or technical sectors

  .
• Strong client network within EPC contractors, IOCs, NOCs, or oilfield service companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
