Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hosur for a Lead Recruiter at Albee's OD Solution. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, leading the recruitment process, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
