Lead React Native Developer - Pune

We are hiring a Lead React Native Developer with strong leadership skills to build scalable, AI-ready mobile apps for iOS and Android at Musafir. You’ll lead teams and drive performance‑oriented mobile development.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of overall experience in mobile development

• Expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Deep understanding of state management tools: Redux Toolkit, MobX, Zustand

• Experience with essential React Native libraries (e.g. react-navigation, Firebase)

• Proficient in Native/Turbo Module integrations (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C)

• Strong debugging skills using Hermes, JSC, and native debugging tools

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerized environments

• Strong grasp of mobile app security practices (e.g. OWASP Mobile Top 10, encryption)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TensorFlow Lite, CoreML, or similar AI/ML frameworks

• Experience in AdTech and Programmatic Advertising (e.g. IAB standards, header bidding)

• Working knowledge of Google Mobile Ads SDK, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript

• Lead and mentor in-house and outsourced mobile development teams

• Translate product requirements into performant and visually consistent mobile experiences

• Champion AI-powered developer tools like GitHub Copilot, AI test automation, and profiling

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams following Agile practices

• Integrate and manage ad components using mobile ad SDKs

• Optimize app performance, enforce code quality, and ensure mobile app security
