· Manage and lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals.
· Develop and implement quality standards and processes for the team.
· Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
· Conduct testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure team and product performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met.
· Provide training and guidance to team members on quality processes and procedures.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
· MUST have experience in C# Selenium, SQL.
· Work on different projects based on different platforms and domains.
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
· Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent English and Hindi communications and interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
