Lead Product Owner

As a Lead-Product Owner in the Transaction Banking Group, your role involves defining the vision by researching Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce, and other leading apps to provide the best fit experience for customers in both tech and non-tech aspects. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog by defining, detailing, and prioritizing it across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view on the value being delivered periodically. Your key responsibilities include ideating, innovating, and implementing new products relevant to the ecosystem with a dual benefit to the Bank and customers. Additionally, you will optimize customer engagement funnels, implement business funnels, enable Fin-techs & partnerships integrations, manage product/feature backlog, prioritize delivery, manage squad level cost & efficiency, productivity & capacity, UI/UX & accessibility, bugs backlog, delivery & internal impediments, campaign enablement, customer communication enablement, and create value for end-users through backlog prioritization.
