Lead Product Owner

As a Lead Product Owner at Huron, your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of the company's Enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. You will be responsible for product documentation, handling multiple products, and preparing the product backlog for upcoming sprints. Your proactive leadership style and deep knowledge of Huron's systems will be essential in driving transformative change and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and sprint readiness. - Collaborate closely with internal and business communications manager to create engaging communications that align employees with the company's vision. - Partner with marketing, executives, consultants, human resources, and IT teams to meet quality and deadline expectations. - Lead and mentor Business Analysts to drive team performance. - Maintain comprehensive feature records and uphold product documentation standards. - Translate business requirements into actionable user stories that align with strategic goals. - Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure sprint execution and issue resolution. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7-9 years of experience in product ownership, stakeholder management, and product documentation. - Proficiency in ServiceNow, healthcare business processes, finance and accounting, and HR systems. - Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Scrum Master Certification is preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and delivery timelines.
