Lead Product Owner

As a Lead-Product Owner in the Transaction Banking Group, your responsibilities will include: - Defining the vision by researching Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce, and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects. - Managing the product backlog by defining, detailing, and prioritizing it across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view on value being delivered periodically. - Ideating, innovating, and implementing new products as relevant in the ecosystem with twin benefits to the Bank and customers. - Optimizing the customer engagement funnels. - Implementing Business funnels. - Enabling Fin-techs & partnerships integrations. - Managing Product/Feature backlog. - Prioritizing delivery. - Managing squad level cost & efficiency. - Managing productivity & capacity. - Ensuring UI/UX & accessibility. - Managing bugs backlog. - Overcoming delivery & internal impediments. - Enabling campaigns. - Facilitating customer communication. - Creating value for end-users. - Prioritizing backlog. Educational Qualifications: - Graduation: Any Graduate - Post Graduation: Any post-graduate - Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree Experience: - 5-10 years of relevant experience in a product management role,
