Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery based on user insights, business needs, and market gaps.
• Define and own the roadmap for the On-Demand vertical, balancing speed with robustness.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, growth, and supply teams to ship and scale features.
• Build an ecosystem of feedback loopsdata, user input, and A/B testing to guide continuous improvement.
• Own critical business metrics like bookings, conversion, repeat usage, and NPS.
• Develop and mentor a small but high-performing product team.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2C or marketplace businesses.
• First principle thinking and a strong execution mentality.
• Data-driven with strong analytical/quantitative skills.
• Ability to break complex problems into small, achievable slices for early and frequent delivery.
• Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
• Comfortable with analytics tools like Firebase, MixPanel, CleverTap, etc., and knowledge of SQL.

• Previous experience working with a growth-stage B2C start-up.
• Experience managing product teams.
