Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering their growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals.
• To understand the technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver an intuitive and user-centered solution.
• Product understanding with a strong analytical and scientific approach.
• To create a simple but detailed wireframe with the accompanying information architecture of the product.
• To create high-fidelity screen design with creativity and innovative graphics.
• To create a prototype with interactive elements, transitions, and animations.
• To test the prototype with users and create a report based on the user interviews, and implement in the design as well.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across our product suite.
  

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and solve a problem.
• Proficient in designing softwares like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• A keen eye for design aesthetic and details.
• Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
