Requirements:

• 8–12 years of IT recruitment experience with strong leadership exposure
  
• Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends
  
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management capabilities
  
• Ability to handle high-volume and specialized hiring
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
