Summary:
Leads advanced people analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision-making across the employee lifecycle. This role combines deep analytical expertise with business acumen to deliver insights, forecast trends, and influence People strategies related to talent, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs and executes advanced analytics projects related to workforce planning, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and organizational health.
- Utilizes sophisticated data analysis techniques to gain deeper insights into workforce trends, improve HR practices, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborates with senior leaders in People, Finance, and other departments to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic planning and people initiatives.
- Builds predictive models and dashboards that track key talent metrics such as attrition, engagement, hiring effectiveness, and promotion equity.
- Moves beyond basic reporting to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend solutions to improve areas like recruitment, retention, engagement, and DEI.
- Translates complex data into compelling visualizations and narratives that inform executive decision-making.
- Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all people data sources and reporting platforms.
- Partners with HRIS and IT teams to optimize data pipelines, automation, and infrastructure for scalable reporting.
- Mentors other team members and contributes to the development of best practices, tools, and knowledge-sharing

Required Supervision:

Deep expertise in people analytics, workforce modelling, and storytelling with data. Recognized as a subject-matter expert in connecting talent data to business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 7 8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics
- 5+ years working directly with HR or workforce-related datasets
- Bachelor s or advanced degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Excel
- Experience with predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and HR tech ecosystems (e.g., Workday, OneModel, Visier)
- Programming skills in SQL, Python or similar strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
