Job Description

Role Overview

Own the partnerships charter for AssetPlus Academy across India from scouting and onboarding high-leverage partners (institutional and individual) to driving lead flow, empanelments, and long-term relationship value. This is a high-motion, on-the-ground role for a go-getter who runs multiple experiments, iterates fast, and turns partnerships into a consistent acquisition flywheel.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Identify and close partnerships across institutions (colleges, training institutes, CA networks, associations) and individuals (NISM trainers, influencers, community leaders). Build sharp value propositions and deal structures.

Referral Engine & Funnel Health

  • Ensure partnersourced leads are high intent and move swiftly through the funnel (lead empanelment activation). Diagnose bottlenecks and work with BA/Growth to improve conversion and velocity.

Relationship Management & Enablement

  • Run regular check-ins, trainings, co-branded activities, and toolkits to keep partners active and productive. Be the single owner for partner satisfaction and output quality.

Attribution, CRM & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain clean partner tagging, lead attribution, and timely entries in CRM. Publish crisp weekly views on pipeline, progress, and risks; keep the book audit-ready.

Payouts & Dispute Resolution

  • Coordinate with Finance/Ops for accurate, on-time partner payouts. Pre-empt and resolve disputes with clear documentation and calm escalation management.

Experiments & Expansion

  • Run fast 0 1 experiments (e. g. , regional roadshows, affiliate pilots, campus programs, creator collabs). Systematize what works into playbooks; scale into new cities/states.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and assets, with Training on session calendars, and with Brand on co-branded content. Align incentives, timelines, and messaging across teams.

Governance & Reporting Rhythm

  • Drive a simple, dependable operating cadence: monthly partner reviews, pipeline deep-dives, SLA checks, and post-mortems to improve hit-rate and reduce leakage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years in partnerships/business development with evidence of building acquisition-driven partnerships at scale
  • Strength in prospecting, negotiation, relationship growth, and field execution across diverse Indian markets
  • Hands-on CRM discipline; comfortable with attribution, reporting, and basic spreadsheet analysis
  • Clear communicator in Hindi and English; regional languages are a strong plus
  • High travel comfort (Pan-India), hustle mindset, and bias for action in ambiguous situations
