Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Product development: Develop the complete grounds up solution for UPI TPAP side capabilities like UPI 1.0, UPI 2.0, UPI Autopay, UPI Mapper, UPI Lite, UPI on Credit Cards, etc.
Manage and monitor key UPI statistics like conversion funnels, transaction success rates, switch issues, etc. to ensure smooth running of UPI business.
Strong liasoning with cross functional SPOCs like Business, Technology, Operations, Marketing, etc.
Liaison with NPCI for feature and compliance guidelines.
Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc.
To identify partners for Plug & Play tools by driving RFA & RFI issuance.
Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors.
Sharp understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve products
Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units and regulatory bodies

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4 years of running UPI projects and products on TPAP, Bank or Switch side.
MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 6 years of experience
Strong understanding of nuances around UPI.
Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
