Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage compliance operations for all Non-Labour licenses and approvals necessary for business continuity.
• Coordinate with Regional People and Operations teams to gather required information and documents.
• Ensure timely initiation of registration and renewal processes to avoid any operational delays.
• Develop and streamline processes for licensing in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships with Operations, HR teams, legal, finance, and compliance vendors.
• Maintain updated trackers and digital archives of all licenses and related documentation.
• Share monthly reports and dashboards with business and relevant stakeholders on compliance status.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• MBA or relevant certifications preferred

Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in managing Non-Labour and Factory Compliance
• Proven expertise in vendor and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience in handling multi-state compliance requirements

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Non-Labour & Factory Compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Collaborative approach with the ability to influence senior leadership
